DMCA Policy for Rocket Lab Stock Up
Rocket Lab Stock Up respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Rocket Lab Stock Up will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Rocket Lab Stock Up website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Rocket Lab Stock Up's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Rocket Lab Stock Up's Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Rocket Lab Stock Up will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
Please provide the following information when filing a DMCA Notice:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identify the material or link that you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location where such material may be found.
- Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
- "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
- "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Rocket Lab Stock Up's Designated Copyright Agent via the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with Rocket Lab Stock Up by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, containing the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Rocket Lab Stock Up may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Rocket Lab Stock Up will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Rocket Lab Stock Up will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Site.
